- completed 3-year training as a registered nurse (Pflegefachkraft), e.g. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, general nursing, pediatric nursing or geriatric nursing
- registered nurses (Pflegefachkräfte) from hospitals or outpatient care who feel like a change of scenery
- people returning to work after a break
- nursing directors and practice instructors who want to build something with us
- You treat others the way you want to be treated yourself
- You want real 1:1 care and new paths instead of hospital piecework
- Driver's license class B
